Mission Briefing
Hello Agents!
Make sure to thank your parents for attending our Celebration of Learning. This is an important time to show others what we have learned, our accomplishments, and what we would like to achieve.
Here are your objectives this week.
Math: We will learn to make and read graphs.
Science: We will learn about thermal energy.
Language Arts: We will use our narrative writing skills to write a fictional story and continue our novel study.
Social Studies: We will continue learning about oral story telling and the Sto:lo culture.
Bible: Our scripture memory for February is Hebrews 11:6.
Art: We will learn to create depth in painting landscapes.
Spelling: This week, we will work on spelling list N6 and have a test on Monday, March 9.
Important Notes
- Guatemala Mission Trip Fundraiser
- We raising funds and collecting material for the children and school of the village of Las Pavas.
- Our class has been tasked with collecting coloured pencils.
- If you are able, please bring new boxes of coloured pencils for the schools.
- Used pencil crayons will still be useful if you’re able to donate ones that are no longer needed.
