Hello Agents,

I love how our art and stories have been turning out. Keep up the hard work! Remember that there is a Pro D day, no school, next Monday, January 31. Valentine’s day is also approaching, and I will send a list of names for the class home in planners.

Here are your objectives this week:

• Spelling: Follow the link to spelling city for list M5. Our test will be on February 1.
• Writing: We are writing and editing event stories.
• Reading: We are learning to visualize as we read.
• Math: We are learning how to multiply. Practice with skip counting at home will be very helpful.
• Social Studies: We will learn about Coast Salish perspectives and culture.
• Science: We are learning to write animal reports to describe the differences between animals and their ecosystems.
• Art: We will learn to colour in lines and curves that create motion.
• Bible: We will learn the importance of being responsible.
