Space Centre Field Trip and other updates

Field Trip

Tuesday, February 6, the grade 5 and 6 classes will be taking a bus to the H. R. Macmillan Space Centre. We are leaving at 8:30 am, so please be ready for an early departure so that we can get to our program on time! Bring a lunch and wear casual clothes. Parents are welcome to join us, tickets will be $22.75)

Last week of school

Christmas break is close! This is what is happening this week:

Food Drive – We have an opportunity to share the Christmas spirit. Bring food donations to the lobby.

All week – Christmas casual (if you want to wear casual, you must have some large visible article of clothing that is Christmas themed, not just Christmas coloured) In addition, you may wear Christmas or winter accessories.

Tuesday – Math and Science Test

Wednesday – Secret Santa (students have a name, $10 max gift) and Hot Chocolate (bring a mug)

Thursday – 10:30 am dismissal (after the primary Christmas concert)

We’ll see you January 8 in the new year!
