Hello Agents,

The year has been going great so far, and I look forward to sending report cards home to share how we are doing.

Here are your objectives this week:

• Spelling: Follow the link to spelling city for list N1. Our test will be on February 14.
• Writing: We are finishing up our personal narratives.
• Reading: We are learning to question as we read.
• Math: We are learning how to multiply. Practice with skip counting at home will be very helpful.
• Social Studies: We will learn about Coast Salish perspectives and culture.
• Science: We are learning to write animal reports to describe the differences between animals and their ecosystems.
• Art: We will  make Valentine’s Day Art.
• Bible: We will learn the importance of being patient.

Upcoming Events

• February 11 Report Cards go home
• February 14 Valentine’s Day – pay to wear Valentine’s Day colours (proceeds go to fund our missions team)
• February 18 Pro D – no school
• February 21 Family Day – no school
• February 23 Pink Shirt Day – wear a pink shirt and casual clothes if you would like to support anti-bullying
